PAY AND SEND                           

You can pay with your credit card (Visa, Visa electron, Mastercard o American Express.

If you like to pay by bank transfer you will get the bank account number of Sonia Diaz Footwear at the end of your buy confirmation.

PAYPAL.

The order will be send to you at the momment you pay you order

The delivery cost is just one independently of the quantity of product you order.

The delivery cost to Spain (Peninsula, Baleares) is 5€

1. To the rest of Europe are 10.00€.
2. To America are 20.00€

 

The delivery shipment to Europe delay 7 working days, to America 10 to 15 working days. To Spain is just 24 hours. 

 

  RETURNS & EXCHANGES  

Sonia Díaz Footwear accept exchanges and returns of their products with no more than 14 days from you get your shoes, always when the shoes will not been used.                                                                     

To exchange or return your order you can contact us on pedidos@soniadiaz.es

- You have to put your order number.

- The shoes want to return or exchange.

- Size you want to get, or if you want your money back.

Remmember, You have to return your shoes as you get them, with the box of Sonia Diaz Footwear.

                                                                                                                                                        

 

Soniadiaz Footwear reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or items that are not in the same condition they were received.
